The Ginkgo Gold Rice Lager is the second release in the Boise Tree Captain Series by Woodland Empire. It’s a crisp, delicately balanced lager with a feather-light body, subtly rich sweetness, and an elegant hop finish. Crafted to honor the Gingko and highlight the essential role trees play in our community, this beer brings together great taste and a great cause.

Big Catalpa was the inaugural Boise Tree Captains Series Release, for Summer - Fall 2024. This is the full bloom expression of Woodland Empire’s City of Trees IPA. Just as the sturdy branches of the majestic Catalpa support copious budding flowers, a bigger ABV supports abundant dry-hop additions of choice Idaho and Northwest hops.
The Big Catalpa collaboration raised $1,000 and helped plant catalpa trees across the Treasure Valley, growing a greener and healthier community!
